Remember, if you register by July 18, 2008, the cost is only $90 (Seniors 65+) and $99 for non-seniors (12-64) for 18 holes, cart, breakfast, post tournament cookout, golf stuff, and most contests. After July 18, the cost will be $110 per golfer for all ages, so register early! Send this form along with payment to the address below.
